By accessing this website or participating in the exhibition as an exhibitor, sponsor, visitor, or partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Event

World SnackPro Xpo 2026 is a B2B trade exhibition focused on snacks, sweets, beverages, packaging, ingredients, technology, and allied food industries. The event is open only to trade professionals and not intended for direct consumer retail activity.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to:

• Manufacturers, brands, distributors, wholesalers
• Packaging, ingredient, machinery & technology providers
• Institutional buyers, HORECA, importers/exporters
• Industry professionals, consultants, media, and investors

The organiser reserves the right to approve or reject any registration without assigning a reason.

3. Stall Booking & Space Allocation

• Stall bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the organiser.
• Final space allocation may be modified in the interest of exhibition layout, safety, or operational efficiency.
• Stall sizes, pricing, and inclusions are as communicated at the time of booking.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• All payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Delayed payments may result in cancellation of booking without refund.
• Cancellation or non-participation by the exhibitor for any reason does not guarantee a refund, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• The organiser reserves the right to revise pricing or payment terms with prior notice.

5. Exhibitor Responsibilities

Exhibitors must:

• Comply with all venue, safety, fire, hygiene, and food regulations.
• Ensure products displayed meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Avoid misleading claims, counterfeit products, or prohibited materials.
• Be responsible for their own staff, equipment, samples, and belongings.

The organiser is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.

6. Event Changes or Force Majeure

The organiser reserves the right to:

• Modify event dates, venue, format, or duration
• Postpone or cancel the event due to force majeure circumstances including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control

In such cases, liability is limited to rescheduling or adjustment as deemed appropriate by the organiser.

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, content, and branding related to World SnackPro Xpo are the property of the organiser.
• Exhibitors grant the organiser permission to use their brand name, logo, and participation details for event promotion, marketing, and documentation.

8. Photography & Media

By participating, exhibitors and visitors consent to:

• Photography, videography, and recordings during the event
• Use of such material for promotional and archival purposes without compensation

9. Limitation of Liability

The organiser shall not be liable for:

• Business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages
• Technical failures, internet issues, or venue-related disruptions
• Actions of third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
